This week’s recipe is strawberry, mozzarella and tomato salad from page 118 from Around my French Table. I found some beautiful baby arugula sprouts at the supermarket yesterday and couldn’t resist adding them to this salad. I used cherry tomatoes and baby mozzarella to enhance the cuteness of this already beautiful dish.
